The demand for German lawyers continues to grow in 2012 despite many of its European neighbours struggling to compete during this economic uncertainty. The majority of in-house legal opportunities in Germany have an IP/IT focus within technology and manufacturing businesses located in major cities i.e. Munich, Berlin and Cologne.

Germany is currently the largest European economy and the world’s second largest exporter in the world where many multinationals have established their EMEA offices which require the support of German qualified lawyers.

Referral Scheme

We hope that you feel able to recommend gmk to friends and colleagues because of the quality of our service, however as an extra incentive we also operate a referral scheme.

As a token of our appreciation if you refer a candidate to us who we place in a permanent position at a salary of £100k+, we will give you £2,000 worth of vouchers of your choice. For salaries £60k-100k it will be £1,500, and below £60k it will be £1,000. Contract or temp roles pro rata.

Terms and conditions
  • The gift amount will be awarded 12 weeks after the referee has commenced their new role.
  • To participate in this scheme candidates must mention they were referred to us by you when they first contact us.
  • If the referred candidate is already on our database and has been contacted by us in the last six months, the referral will not qualify as part of the scheme.
  • For temporary placements, the gift amount due is pro rated according to the period of time they are retained by the firm.
